Studio DSM also specialises in the design of rotational moulds. For our clients we study and develop rotational die casting with capillary injection into third plate. We design moulds, ranging from one to 6-8 cavity units, complete with independent hydraulic compensation of the slides for each rotor, targeted heat regulation in every part of the mould, and interchangeability of the packet height with the mould in the machine. Thanks to the expertise acquired in the field, we design equipment for different types of rotational moulds with external diameter ranging from 40 to 250 mm and packet height from 20 to 300 mm.
